How we work
From requirement to machine
Five steps from a description of your work to a machine on your floor, and what each one produces.
Five steps
- ▼
Understand
We ask about the work, not the parts.
Which software, which model, how many people share it, and what takes too long today. The answers decide the machine: a CFD case that has outgrown one machine needs something very different from a team waiting in line for one workstation.
A written statement of what the machine has to do. - ▼
Specify
We design for your work first, then price it.
Every recommendation says what it gives up as well as what it does well. If you need less than you asked for, we tell you.
A configuration, with the trade-offs stated in writing. - ▼
Verify
91 checks before anything is quoted.
Does the processor fit the board? Are the memory channels filled? Will the card fit in the case? Does the power supply have the right connectors? Will the machine run on a normal 230V circuit, or does it need three-phase? The configurator runs the same checks in your browser as we run on your quote.
A verification report attached to the quotation. - ▼
Build and burn in
Assembled here, and run hard before it ships.
72 hours under load at summer temperatures. A machine that passes a ten-minute test can still fail in August. Used drives are checked for remaining life, and we publish the figure.
Burn-in results, and the endurance figure on every used drive. - ▼
Deliver and support
Warranted here, not shipped abroad.
Delivered across Pakistan from Islamabad by courier, with one invoice and one number to call. If a part fails within its warranty, we replace it from our stock. You do not deal with a supplier in another country.
One point of contact for the whole system.
What we actually promise
Four claims, each one specific enough to be wrong. Click any heading to view details.

The configuration is verified before it is quoted
The configurator runs the same checks our engineers run by hand: does the processor fit the board, is there enough power, will the card fit, can the case be cooled. If something will not work, it says what and why before you pay anything.
Condition is graded, in writing
▼
Condition is graded, in writing
Six grades, each with a published list of the tests it passed and the warranty that follows. A part taken from a working machine is labelled that way. On used drives we publish the remaining life.
One supplier, start to finish

One supplier, start to finish
Every part comes from our own stock or our own import licence. You buy from us, we deliver, and if something fails you call us. You do not chase six suppliers.

230V mains, three-phase once the load grows, load-shedding and generator changeover, and summer heat that pushes a marginal cooler past its limit. The checks account for all of it.

In detail
Both of these are published in full rather than summarised. Nothing about a machine should be a surprise after it arrives.
Every check we run
The 91 compatibility checks, listed by area. Each says whether it blocks the configuration or only warns, and why. The configurator runs them as you build.
Read the checksWhat the condition grades mean
Six grades, each with the tests it passed, the warranty that follows and what it is the wrong choice for. The grade is on the listing, the quote and the invoice.
